Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at supper@ecobamuware.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115, Estonia.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We accept returns for most products within 30 days from the date of delivery. Any item that shows signs of wear, alterations, accidental damage, or misuse may not be accepted. To begin a return, customers must first contact us via email with their order number, a clear explanation of the reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable. Returns sent back without prior authorization may be delayed or rejected.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the return address and any necessary shipping labels if applicable. Unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Returned items must arrive at our facility within the time window specified in the return authorization message.
After we receive the returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it to verify compliance with the return requirements. This evaluation usually takes between three and seven business days. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Depending on the processing times of your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional three to ten business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping fees, including expedited or international delivery charges, are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake or a defective product.
If the item you received is damaged, defective, or not as described, you must notify us within seven days of delivery. Please include clear photos or videos that document the problem. After reviewing your claim, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund without requiring you to pay any return shipping fees. In cases where the item cannot be returned due to damage during transit, we may request that you safely dispose of it following our instructions.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will determine whether the order is still eligible for cancellation. If an order has already been shipped, it may only be handled through the standard return procedure described in this policy.
